Meet Our Executive Team

Tim Mulholland

Managing Director

Tim has over 30 years’ experience in property development, working across all sectors throughout the UK. He originally arrived in Cornwall in 2018 to help Cornwall Council develop a development company that has now become Treveth Holdings LLP and has been managing the Partnership since its inception in July 2019.

Adam Ronaldson

Commercial and Finance Director

Adam has extensive experience leading a stock transfer housing association to sector leading operational performance and development programme, relative to size. He has also held director level roles in the automotive, data processing and software development sectors, living in Ireland, Switzerland, the US and the UK.

Dominic O’Neill

Development Director

Dominic is a property and construction professional focused on client-side project leadership with first-hand experience of commercial, residential, mixed-use and education developments. A chartered surveyor, chartered architect and qualified project manager he has 25 years’ experience of design, planning, procurement and construction.

Greg Slater

Head of Design, Decarbonisation and Environment

Greg is a qualified architect with 30 years’ cross-sector development experience. He set up and ran the London office of a large South West-based architectural practice and was on the board.

Dulcie Paleschi

Head of Residential Portfolio Management

Dulcie has extensive experience of working in business roles both within the public and private sector.  This has included roles within the UK and overseas.

Richard Cleghorn

Project Manager

Richard has worked in various fields within the construction and property industry for more than 30 years. Married with two teenage children, Richard lives in Truro.

 

Fran Elliot

Business Administrator

Fran provides administrative support to the team and various projects within Treveth. She is a university graduate who is applying her transferable skills to the housing sector.

 

Liz Mason

Finance Assistant

Liz moved to Cornwall three years ago with her husband and teenage daughter and brings experience of working in the private sector for a number of energy companies within sales and finance.

 

Emma Rodgers

Senior Development Manager

Emma has more than 10 years of experience working in residential development within the private sector, specialising in planning and development. She has worked predominantly for national house builders based in the South West.

John Rowe

Construction Quality Manager

With more than 30 years’ experience within the construction industry in Cornwall, as a Chartered Clerk of the Works, John is passionate in ensuring that quality is delivered throughout every element of the entire build process.

Pauline Montgomery

Sales and Letting Coordinator

Pauline is a friendly member of our team with over 10 years’ experience in both the sales and lettings of properties and prides herself on providing the highest level of customer service. In her spare time, Pauline enjoys being active and keeping fit, completing the London Marathon in 2019, along with many other challenges.

Samuel Brackley

Senior Design Manager

Sam joined Treveth with more than 20 years experience in design having studied architecture at the University of Greenwich. Sam has worked for a number of Cornish developers on both commercial and residential developments.

Ben Dobson

Senior Estates & Aftercare Manager

Ben brings a wealth of knowledge from across the property industry to his role as Senior Aftercare Manager for Treveth. Previously Ben has worked on large scale schemes in West London, the South East and Cornwall. His roles have covered property management, defect management and customer service for a number of developers.

Andy Tregaskes

Financial Controller

Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants with 30 years’ experience across various industry sectors, most recently working for a social housing provider. He was born in Cornwall where he has always lived and worked.

Robert Churchill

Senior Commercial Property Manager

Robert is a Chartered Building surveyor and has worked within construction related disciplines for both private and public organisations for nearly 30 years. Robert has delivered and managed many commercial properties across Cornwall and beyond including a number of award winning offices and developments.

Mike Smith

Senior Procurement & Delivery Manager

Mike has over 40 years’ experience in the industry as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager covering a wide portfolio of projects. He originally hails from just over the border in Devon but has worked in Cornwall for over 10 years and currently lives in Lostwithiel.

Lynsey Caroll

New Home Sales and Marketing Manager

Lynsey brings a wealth of experience in property sales and marketing, coordinating all aspects of the process from inception to completion and supporting homebuyers. She has worked for more than 10 years at a strategic level and on a wide range of residential schemes across the South West.

Harry Lewis

Development Executive

Harry is a chartered surveyor, finance advisor and developer with over 20 years’ experience of investment and development in the residential sector. Having moved back to Cornwall in 2021, Harry has joined Treveth as an executive advisor and programme director for Langarth Garden Village.

Catherine Pinney

Decarbonisation & Environment Manager
Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of sustainability and environmental management on development sites in both the UK and overseas, and has previously worked in construction, consultancy, regulation and research roles.

Andrew Redford

Project Manager

Andrew is a 32 year veteran of the industry with wide-ranging experience of commercial and residential developement across the UK. He’s delighted to be back based in Cornwall which has been home for 30 years and to be at Treveth, delivering on the start of many much needed homes for the local market and community.

Nicola Rafferty

Assistant Development Manager

Nicola brings more than 12 years’ experience working in the residential and commercial development sector in Cornwall. She loves to spend her spare time with her family enjoying Cornwall’s amazing beaches, surfing and swimming.

Stewart King

Assistant Project Manager

Stew has extensive project management experience having led and worked on a wide range of change projects within Cornwall. He was also the project manager in the creation of Treveth as a development company to deliver the Council’s investment and housing development programmes.

Anna Sheppard

Development Manager

Anna has more than 15 years’ experience working within the construction industry in various roles ranging from quantity surveyor and cost consultancy through to development and planning. Her main focus has been on residential development with a small element of commercial throughout her career.

Andy Bruton

Development Manager

Andy is a chartered Construction Manager specialising in client-side project management delivery and has over 20 years’ experience of leading and delivering high profile, public facing construction projects. Andy is currently leading on the delivery of various funded projects for Treveth including Town Deals and Future High Streets.

 

Rob Barrows

Project Manager

Rob brings a wealth of experience to Treveth from both a client and contractor side within commercial, residential, mixed-use and heavy industry sectors. Originally from London, Rob has been living in Cornwall for nearly 20 years. He is at his happiest hiking with his dogs on the Cornish Coast Path.

Bethany Penrose

Executive Assistant

Bethany is a University Graduate with over five years administrative experience. As Executive Assistant to the Directors, Bethany also provides administrative support to the Project Committee.

Kieran Hodge

Finance Assistant

Cornwall born and bred, Kieran has experience working in the public sector of finance and has completed his AAT qualification.

Kimberley Allwood

Project Manager

Kim has over 20 years’ experience in housing and development in both the private and public sectors across London and the South East.

Lisa Richardson

Assistant Estate Manager

Lisa has joined our team as Assistant Estates Manager, responsible for the ongoing stewardship of the communal areas within our developments. Lisa strives to deliver a high level of customer service with an ability to problem solve.

Lindsey Faulkner

Project Coordinator

Lindsey brings a wealth of sales & marketing experience working within the industry as well as many years’ project coordination experience with several multinational companies.

 

Eloise Travis

Programme Manager

Eloise is an environmental scientist with over 20 years experience including in decarbonisation, air quality, odour and industrial emissions. Eloise is currently leading on the commercialisation and construction of the UK’s first deep geothermal district heating network at Langarth Garden Village.

Ian Cox

Non-Executive Member

Ian Cox has extensive experience of development, construction and urban regeneration. He is Non Executive Chair of a major housing association and has been involved in many public-private joint ventures across the country.

Jane Wynne

Chair

Jane has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the real estate and commercial property sector working with executive teams and boards to form and deliver development and asset management strategies.

Peter Andrews

Non-Executive Member

Peter Andrews is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the development of commercial and residential property as well as urban regeneration.

Florence Barras

Non-Executive Member

Florence has over 25 years of successfully developing public-private partnerships on behalf of the private sector and local authorities in health and social care, education, regeneration and housing, for the benefit of local communities.

Phil Mason

Non-Executive Member

Phil is Strategic Director for Economic Growth and Development at Cornwall Council having formerly held the role of Service Director and Chief Planner for the Planning and Sustainable Development Service. Phil is a member of the Council’s Corporate and Directorate Leadership Team.

 

Cath Robinson

Non-Executive Member

Cath has over 30 years’ experience in Local Government in Cornwall, including holding roles as Chief Finance Officer and leading a number of operational services.  More recently Cath was Chief Operating Officer for the Council and was instrumental in the setting up of CORSERV, becoming Group Managing Director of Corserv Ltd in 2018.

David Harland

Independent Member

David has extensive experience as a Finance Director and has held a variety of Executive roles at the Eden Project in Cornwall, United Kingdom from 2013 to 2023.
