I’m interested in buying a property. What’s the first step?
Thank you for considering buying your next home with Treveth. Firstly, visit the web page of the development you are interested in and use the contact details to register your interest. Our properties are in high demand, so we recommend registering your interest as soon as possible. Even if our properties aren’t quite ready, register your details anyway as you will be added to our mailing list and will be the first to know when these new homes are available to reserve. Perran Housing or the estate agent will then be in contact with more information.
What makes Treveth’s homes different?

Our homes exceed current minimum space standards, across all tenures, and are designed to help reduce the running costs for occupants through the use of low carbon technologies including solar panels and sustainable energy solutions.
