Resident queries to be answered promptly

We endeavour to respond to resident queries in a timely and efficient manner. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues to ensure a positive outcome.

Minor repairs to be actioned

If your property needs a minor repair, we will instruct a local contractor to attend the property as soon as possible.

Out of hours service

We provide an out of hours service for emergencies so you can feel reassured that someone will be at the end of the phone to support.

We manage your lease

If you rent with us, Treveth will manage your lease, ensuring that you receive the same high-quality service as those who reside in our open market homes.

Property inspections

As the Estate Managers, we will carry out property inspections on rented homes to ensure our homes are kept in a good condition and the aesthetic of the neighbourhood is maintained.

Landscape management

Treveth is responsible for the management of play parks, landscaping, refuse removal and tree works at each site. This guarantees that we remain stewards of our developments even after the site is build complete.

Resident engagement

To maintain a harmonious community for all, we run and manage resident engagement activities including meetings and surgeries to encourage positive feedback and neighbourhood discussions.

Conveyance enquiries

We can manage enquiries from your conveyancer when you buy an open market home from Treveth. Conveyancers ensure there are no known defects to the property. For the management of enquiries, an additional fee may be incurred.

Managing the site

We also manage the day-to-day running of each site which includes paying contractors and utility companies, arranging building insurance and facilitating claims and ensuring health and safety compliance.
